With Tommy on Warner, if Philander had his run-up sorted it could be different - Marsh is a special player, no mistake

On an Australian pitch, Australia are the best pace bowling attack in the world, no doubt. Definitely, Steyn and Philander have the ability to tear through a top order but they are both a bit short of a run and Philander (in particular) is past his best. They are missing Morkel. We played them in NZ in 2012 when those 3 were at their best and it was a phenomenally menacing pace attack.

With the 4 best quicks they have, RSA have IMO the best pace attack around, but Starc and Hazelwood are excellent, and home advantage is huge for Australia - I think Australians miss that a bit - for everyone else playing in Australia is tougher (or as tough) than it is for Australia playing on the sub-continent
