What happens to the 4 year 4 million dollar pointsbet deal?
Fell at the first leg of the multi.
I got the colourful members email with the letter from Richard Munro, asking for feedback, but it fails to give an email address to which this feedback could be sent.
Living in Pennant Hills, I can accept the temporary move to Kogarah, it will mean a slightly shorter drive than I now have to Shark Park, public transport also becomes a possibility. However I put up with bad weather and bad traffic on King Georges Road and Homebush Bay Drive to get to Sharks home games, the only thing that stops me going is if I'm genuinely sick or have a family commitment I cannot weasel out of.
Like everyone else I would like to see the club capitalise on financially beneficial home / away appearances such as Gosford Stadium. I'd also like to see the club establish another licenced club somewhere so it can have a physical home of sorts over the 2 year absence and not just a temporary office in a recycled shipping container vacant office space.
Well done mate.
yesSo do we lose the money that pointsbet give us as we don't really have a stadium to play at
So it seems the team actually wants the stability of playing most of their games at one venue, and they like Kogarah.
I’ll be keeping my membership going, I want to keep my seats when we go back plus I don’t mind paying money for the team I support. I may not go to as many games but f**ked if I’m gunna lose my seats.
Well going off what Mr. Munro said, if you keep your memberships up to date you'll more than likely get the same seats back (or words to that effect). Will the seat numbering be the same across the venue? May be a silly question but without seeing the plans it is still hard to know how the landscape of the ground and stands changes. If at all, in the case of the stands.
However, FD did say, as a summary when talking to RM, that "while the ET stand isn't going anywhere the entire Western side will be unrecognisable and there is an entire building going in there."
I find that hard to visualise. Are they building around the ET stand? Extending it? Knocking it down but retaining the name?
Are we all happy, pappy?

They are building a 3 or so storey glass building the entire length of the western side which adjoins the Monty Porter Stand at the south end- it wraps around the back of the ET stand- so the structure of the ET stand doesnt change at all but he hills either side of and that vacant airspace will be gooooornnn. Beer Hill is going too.
RCB has a picture somewhere he can upload.
So the only bit of grass left (besides the field) will be the Family Hill? They are building a 3 or so storey glass building the entire length of the western side which adjoins the Monty Porter Stand at the south end- it wraps around the back of the ET stand- so the structure of the ET stand doesnt change at all but he hills either side of and that vacant airspace will be gooooornnn.
