For the record, at least 60% of Telstra was Bulldogs fans. There was even a bit of a "this is our home ground" chant happening toward fulltime :lol:

Well the fact is there is nothing in recent decades let alone years to suggest that the Souths support equals the Bulldogs so it's not surprising the Dogs outnumbered them in a blockbuster as they will in any Sydney clash against anyone provided the Dogs come out.

The Bulldogs are Sydney's biggest rugby club.

1. Bigger stadium.
2. Large amount of under-cover space out of the camera's view.
3. Everyone knows that the western (camera) side fills out earlier than the eastern side. It's where most of the reserved seats are and its where the stadium members are. It's also closer to the main entrance so general admission ticket holders are more inclined to sit there.
