goin to miss webb alot from the back, other than that a top 8 team there easily:)

Yep, and Guttenbeil too.

Two great players for us, who've had outstanding years.

Hopefully McKinnon goes good. I suggest he's in for a bit of a lose-lose situation really, if he doesn't go as well as he can he'll be looked at as the guy who sent Webb packing, and if he does, then they'll say its expected of him. Thats the way it works with the Warriors fans sometimes.

For Brisbane, same as now excpet, swap Webcke for Taylor, move Ennis to Hooker and put Berrigan in the centres or on the bench. Evaluate Mcconnel and if he's good put him at halfback, if not, seriously consider putting hunt there and hodges at fullback.

You're what?

Pair up Ropati with Ah Van and keep our top attacking combo as is.

Wade will go good. Problem is he is a very different player to Webb. Wades contribution will be his outstanding defence and support play, whilst Webb acts as an extra half at times for you guys. There is not a fullback in the game I would rather have defending a clean break, because IMO there are none better than McKinnon...He won't often be as noticeable as Webb, but it's the little things he does so well.

IMO, the Panthers 2007 line-up:

1. Rhys Wesser
2. Michael Gordon
3. Michael Jennings/Lee Hookey
4. Luke Lewis
5. Luke Rooney
6. Craig Trindall
7. Craig Gower
8. Joel Clinton
9. Luke Priddis
10. Matthew Cross
11. Tony Puletua
12. Shane Rodney
13. Trent Waterhouse

14. Bryan Norrie
15. Frank Pritchard
16. Junior Moors
17. Paul Aiton

If i were to select the team though, i'd have:
1. Rhys Wesser
2. Michael Gordon
3. Michael Jennings
4. Lee Hookey
5. Luke Lewis
6. Paul Aiton (teach him to kick... he would be a brilliant 5/8)
7. Craig Gower
8. Joel Clinton
9. Luke Priddis
10. Matthew Cross
11. Shane Rodney
12. Tony Puletua
13. Frank Pritchard

14. Trent Waterhouse
15. Bryan Norrie
16. Junior Moors
17. Craig Trindall

IMO, that would be an excellent side... and yes, that's with Hookey in it. He is getting a lot better and is a better attacking player then Rooney. Lewis is a sh*t centre and should be on the wing IMO.

5. Hicks
6. Burns

8. Kite

10. King
11. Menzies
12. Watmough
13. ????

14. Williamson
15. Mattai (rod jenson type impact player)
16. Rose
17. Bryant

I leave the 13 open as im hoping there is still a signing in the wings, even without i still can't decide who to put there, Cuthbertson, Wells and G Stewart all have the off-season to put the work in and stake there claim

Rose stays on the bench as he provides great impact, Mattai gets injected after 25mins and runs wide and out of dummy half, adding a bit of spark around the middle. Also i wouldn't discount Meaney stepping up and staking a claim for Robertsons wing position

PL lock who came to us from the bulldogs last year

Is he any better than GS - Glenn has 1st grade experience and seems to get the call up when we have trouble. Why promote Wells over Stewart?

Harold obviously feels Wells has more potentail than Stewart, i personally havn't seen enough of Wells to comment

But as i said, he has the off season to fight it out with Stewart and Cuthbertson and if his good enough, he should prevail
