2008 AMNRL Season

Hey does anyone know if the 2008 season has been formulated/announced?

I'm going to be in the states in 2008 during the summer and considering checking out the AMNRL as a player, spectator or just helping out.

Dave does not start to work on the schedule until the first of the year. Also there has been some off season changes and I have heard about some players playing for different teams. I hope that the fairfax team will be able to have a team play the entire season, and maybe the Boston team come back into the comp.

I think we can start looking at how teams will fair in the 2008 season. The Wildcats have to be the team to beat. The Bulls, Warriors, Knights, and Axeman will be as strong as last season, if not stronger. You never know with the Sharks. We will see soon.

I think it is really important that Jacksonville have a really good season.
Missing the finals this year would really be a disaster.
I'm encouraged by reading that some of the Axe players trained with Souths, which should be a fantastic boost for them, and i'd be very surprized if the number of players showing up for tryouts doesn't at least double.
I suspect sponsership money and gate receipts might also mean they have a few bucks to chuck at some recruits as well - I know they have zero imports and are allowed four i think.
