I think dropping it into the footy club office would be fair on everyone... if not, MITS has done the most work and i'd be happy for him to do the honours!

Unfortunately this week I am working 11am till 7 pm, so I am not the most contactable fellow, having said that I am sure we can work something out.

As to presentation, I have a few Ideas, none that I want to publicly go into right now, but I agree it would be nice to have some of the people that have contributed their as well.
