Agreed. The 95 strip was great. Loved some of the old jumpers, especially the blue and yellow V on white, and the pseudo Knights strip in your avatar. The "bulls horns" home jumper is a great design - very clever.
The white away strip is stupid, like the Melbourne and Brisbane t shirts, and Titans abysmal hoops that look like an under 6 soccer shirt.
So many away strips are pathetic second cousin designs. Like the battleship grey that NZ, Newcastle and Cronulla thought was a good idea. Beats me why, in comparison, many Saints fans hate the scarlet. As away strips goes, it's one of the best, and one of the few that would pass as a home strip.
Then again, there Parra, who under Fitzy saved their best strip for away games, and lumped us with the canary yellow for home. FFS we only wore a yellow jumper to distinguish us from Newtown in the 1981 GF.
I wonder what Newtown's away strip would have been?
