Noticed it's got very light weight material, a lot different to previous jerseys. Pain Away sleeve and bottom of rear sponsor. The stripes on the front don't match.Price $169.95

Seeing as my FC membership has effectively gone up from $25 to $70-odd (as included in my season ticket), I don't think I'll be spending much on merchandising for the new season.

And certainly not for a new jersey at that price, if as you say the stripes aren't matching as they should?

the worst thing about those collars is they are generally harder to fet over your head which is bloody annoying

Have a look at the stripes next to the P in Pirtek and the stripes next to the K. The latter stripes do not line up top to bottom. Never seen that before.

Who gave the jerseys labels such as "Home" and "Away", we've worn the blue kit quite a few times at home, not to mention the gold at away games even moreso.

"Main" and "Alternate" would be more appropriate in my opinion.

i think they swap them around if the other team's colours are similar to avoid confusion

Ah, now I get what you mean.

Not a fan of the flap non-collar personally? I much prefer my Centenary 47 jersey made of proper material with a proper collar.

It seems they tried to shape the stripes around the P and the K in Pirtek. My preference is to have a collar on a jersey, this year's short stand collar for instance.
