New England Patriots vs New York Giants based on:

1. Baltimore didn't impress me overall, Houston made them look better than perhaps they were and Tom Brady will have too many points in him for Flacco, Boldin and Rice.

2. New York Giants have better balance overall than SF. That said, if Alex Smith and SF offense turn up, they will be hard to beat. I just don't trust Alex Smith. I can't see him coming up BIG like that back to back weeks.

Patriots.
If Ray Rice can have a big day rushing, then maybe the Ravens can spring the upset. Other than that I think the Patriots simply have too many weapons. Also on D as maligned as it is, they're good at adjusting at half time. Most of the points scored against them have been in the first half. Ravens going to need a good start to have a chance.

Giants. Picking the Giants mainly because they've got a Defence to go with Offence.

Eli is as good as any QB in the league. Biggest worry for them is their hit and miss running game. They had a couple of good runs, but mostly a lot of very low gain runs as well.
49ers at least have balance on Offence to keep the Giants D guessing. But this game really could go either way. At the end of the day though I just can't see the Giants turning the ball over the way the Saints did and they can create turnovers of their own. And that could be the difference.

49ers Giants game could be another rollercoaster though.

Pats/Giants or Ravens/Giants is what I want. Two SB rematches and that makes a good storyline. Those teams would also put on an amazing matchup. Ravens/9ers would be ok, but I don't see the 49ers winning that match at all.

They're my tips, although I get the feeling Ravens will beat the Patriots.

Baltimore Ravens @ New England Patriots - Don't rate Flaco seems to crack under pressure in the big games.
New York Giants @ San Francisco 49ers - 49er's enjoying a 'fairytale' season I expect it to continue (what a game against New Orleans).
