Why is it that no one seems to realize that Josh Dugan and Jarryd Hayne weren't actually competing with each other in the last stage of voting? They were competing with the other backs in their team, and in all honesty neither the Eels or Raiders had a back that came anywhere close to those 2 players. I find it hard to believe that anyone doing the voting seriously could pick 2 backs from either team ahead of them.
