Cheyse Blair was solid in his debut. Cost them their first try by rushing up when he really didn't need to, the Broncos were well covered if he held his width but apart from that physically he was well up to the challenge.

Not sure if Sio is still eligible, saw him play a couple of games last season but he to was solid apart from that dropped bomb. Great metres out of their own end and along with Morgan did a really good defensive job on Reed & Beale who they kept quiet all night.

Tautau Moga will be playing NRL sooner rather than later, I'd prefer Smith having started him round one. I won't be surprised if he is a late inclusion to side. This guy is a beast. I haven't been this excited about a rookie at the Roosters in a long, long time.

From the list; De Belin, Henry, Hurrell & Tedesco are going to have bright futures. Reynolds could be included though the jury is still out.

Sio only played 1 game last year so is eligible.

Confirmed Moses Pangai to debut tonight. Certainly has the ability if he can keep hold of the ball.

Dom Peyroux has been very good so far for the Tits, especially in defence. I don't know if he qualifies as a rookie as such because he played four games last year. But he looks like he could be a regular first grader this year. Only problem is if there's one area in which the Titans are strong it's in thre three quarters and he might have to fight to stay in the side when Champion and Gordon are available as well.

He looks to have developed really well after being a twig in the Roosters u20's team a few years back.

Just on DeBelin, I'm a fan but how he got NYC player of the year last year ahead of Taumalolo and Hurrell is beyond me

it was simply a case of a standout player in a weak team compared to guys in better teams who shared the points more
