I am going to view the positive from Kearney setting us back 2 years.......I'm gonna change my seats to a much better position in the Thornett Stand......thanks for being our worst coach in my life time, my great view for the next 40+ years might just be worth it.......

I just went onto the Parra website to renew my tickets. I was getting frustrated as i couldn't log in. So i decided to read the site properly and realised that they are not available till monday. D'oh! It really helps to read the instructions first.

I will be renewing my season tickets with The Swarm!!
Although the packages for Regional fans could have been better, I am impressed that the club has at least made an effort to create packages for QLD fans etc.
I agree with Delboy that it would be great to see long time members rewarded somehow and I also agree with Parramatta's that there still isn't much value in become a non ticketed member and I think this is where the most improvement is needed. I would look at creating added incentives by having more members only events for example.

yeah tossing up weather to bother with the non-ticketed anymore.
Members only events are great if you live within a bulls roar of Parramatta which a lot of non-ticketed would not.

Is this years 86 heritage jersey our home jersey for next year ? I've heard rumours that it may be as we'll as a white Leeds hooped style away jersey.

I hope so. That was the best jersey I've seen since um...86. Everyone I kno seemed to love it , really hope they run with it.

Have you got a pic of the Leeds jersey u mean? I'm not a big fan of the white jerseys

The NRL forum has it similar to this.

There is no change to the home jersey from this year, blue with some yellow stripes. The away jersey will be released in november and has yellow and white hoops.
Ugly!

Yeah. I've been non ticketed for the past couple of years, but there really isn't much incentive to pay for one anymore and it's disappointing the club aren't really putting more effort into such deals when other clubs are and are building their membership bases off non ticketed membership. Our club should be moving forwards not backwards.

Why anyone would renew on the first morning is beyond me. There are dramas every year at the start of the renewal period when renewing online.

Speaking of renewals, can I change the name of one of my memberships online,or must it be done over the phone or in person?

hmmm ... dunno if it's related but it looks to me like google is dead - and it means anything that relies on google is having trouble too .... you'd be surprised how much shit on the net uses google for something - most notably, ads .... even this forum is not fully loading for me cos of ads failing

perhaps the membership stuff has some reliance on something google and is dying???

I was talking about regional members only events as well. For whatever reason we had absolutely nothing (members only or otherwise) at either the Gold Coast or Brisbane this year. IMO to have 2 games in SE QLD and not have an event for the fans to meet the players, or see them train or whatever, is a missed opportunity. Surely a members only event would help boost membership numbers up here.

I need to change a name also, hopefully it can be done on the net.

I'd argue that adding an open training session wouldn't add new members. I'd argue that it would just appease existing complaining members. I agree with the idea in principle however.

If it was advertised that kids could see the players train and have an opportunity after to get a photo and a signature and they did it every year as a members only event I think it would increase memberships. I lost count of how many people who live up here asked me if there was going to be an event where they could meet the players this year.
They had an open event a couple of years ago at Robina and it made the local news and hundreds turned up. If there was a cheap membership option without a pack etc where people could sign up on the day I can't see how it wouldn't work. Once the club has the contact details then they can also promote other things via email etc. It makes perfectly good sense to me anyway apart from the fact that it shows that the club cares about our regional fans.
