That Penrith logo does nothing for me. I hate it when the one person in the country who has the final say in things like this and jersey designs, ect, is the one person who likes something crap.

I'm not a Penrith supporter, but geez I hope they go with something else. I'm not expecting them to, though.

The next logo should be based on the logo this is based on. I don't think they need the Roosters wordmark, and no "Sydney City".

No, I agree with the whole 'no Sydney City' thing. This was a logo I came up with several years ago, and I think the topic was something to do with the possibility of re-naming the Roosters back to a previous name (such as when 'Bulldogs' reverted themselves back to 'Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs'), and the people mentioned that the Sydney City Roosters name was the one that flowed off the tongue better than 'Sydney Roosters'.

Actually I like it - it's plain and simple and looks rather smart
OK, so I grew up with football - so I don't really understand why anything football has ever tried is instantly frowned upon.

Better than those fugging horrible diamond designs everyone wanks on about. f**k me they're ugly. Just because Rugby League tried it when Tina was still half way rootable it doesn't mean it's great.

People have gushed over the Panthers design of the same era and someone has tried to emulate that and look what you've ended up with. The current Panther logo is far superior to what they've come up with. It just needed to be in different colours.

They should have just used the Panther head image that is currently on their training gear. Even just the white outlines on the black backing would have looked good.

We've completely lost our heritage and identity and this logo confirms it.

Teal seems to be our new primary colour along with black. *sigh*
