My point is - if it sells, why is the design for something like a 9's jersey important?
It's hardly going to set a precedent... Cantebury's home, away and heritage jerseys have had such minimal changes over such a long period of time and I dare say will continue to. Going a little bit batty with a one-off design... they're well within their rights IMO - as would any other club be.
Yes. If the club does not want to be easily recognized then that's what this jumper has done!
We are discussing it and I suppose any publicity is good publicity but this in no way strengthens the Bulldogs in the market place for existing fans or attracting new fans.

This Nines tournament will be very popular on TV and at the ground. A quick showcase event for the NRL. The Bulldogs(and the Cowboys)have missed the boat!
