How did Evans go?
Did anyone watch Santi play for the Tigers NYC today?

Evans didn't play, and according to the stats Santi had a blinder.
Both peats and hunt having big games for norths... Hunt has scored a double so far

Evans is injury prone and Santi is a smidgen small for a backrower. Those are the major concerns I have for each of them but beyond that they are excellent signings and the club can potentially extract great value from them.
I saw a glimpse of the game yesterday and i couldn't see him. No wonder lol.
:lol:Same here, couldn't work why they never gave it to their halfback. Maybe I had to many beers
Watched Corey Norman in his last QLD cup match for Wynnam-Manly (sp). The Regular 5/8 was injured, so he played 6 in the 1 jumper.
Firstly, Ipswich had 70% possession all match, so it was not a good game to gauge potential. On the upside:-
The QLD commentators were hard on him and wanted him to touch the ball a few times a set, however they were mostly coming out of their their own end and was hard for anyone to look good when his team was getting pumped.
- he's a talker and was shouting at his forwards all game
- he has a long left foot which found the corners more than players
- he has very good footwork in traffic
- throws a good cut out pass
- is not shy in D
- scored a good solo try, by talking the D on from 15m out and used footwork to get over

Doesn't that make it hard for him to run?

That's a sweet deal.
