I can't see any reason to offer Bonner another contract, that money can be used for Mills, I certainly hope he stays.

Spurs are usually good at retaining the talent they want. Quite a few of their players have taken less than market value to stay with the organization.

I prefer if he stays with the Spurs, but rumour has it the Knicks are in need of a PG to cover/replace Felton so might be willing to spend some serious dosh to get Mills.

I'd be cool seeing him in a Knicks jersey.

I think he's a starting PG...

You would think Parker doesn't have much left in the tank so Mills is next in line...

However, the Spurs as great as they are... They will lose Duncan, Parker & Manu probably within the next 2 seasons.

So a rebuild will be on the cards in SA... Will Mills wanna wait a couple of seasons to take over as starting PG of a rebuilding franchise down the road...

Or would it be better for him to jump on a project like the Knicks right away in the hope that in a couple of years time he will be starting PG for a contender.

I guess it really depends how much teams are willing to pay for Mills.

In all the years I've supported them I've never seen an actual rebuilding phase, I have faith in the management to not let it slip. Leonard is a great piece to build around but once Timmy and Manu are gone + Parker with only 2-3 more years left as a starting PG it'll be interesting. I have faith..
