you're f**king kidding

mainstream news media this morning (ch9) gave the Chel$ki result and showed all their goals and not even a mention of the Spurs game or the result, apparently we didn't even play last night as far as they were concerned

You do realise Spurs played this morning and Arsenal yesterday. The news moves daily

You are both missing BM's point. He's not talking about quantity of media coverage given to each team. His gripe is that the media will look for reasons why Spurs can win the league, and reasons why Arsenal can not. To some extent I think he's right.

I meant more the English media. I'll read their stuff and it's like every Spurs draw is "look at the tough battle hardened warriors, they're on the rise". While if we win by less than 3 goals it's "ugly, they're imploding".
That's because drawing at Everton is more impressive than only just beating Newcastle at home
If they were both wins or both draws then yes. But 3 points is always better than 1 point.

Chelsea destroyed the Palace. Beautiful to see Costa back to his potent attacking best, and that thunder strike from Willian....oh my oh my. An FA Cup fixture against Smerkinhorpe, then home against West Brom and Everton before a trip to the Emirates to embarrass Wenger again, should be a good January. 12 points and FA Cup progression would be a great way to 'rescue' the current season. 4th place is not out of reach.

City, Arsenal, Spurs & Chelsea (biased). Realistically it'll be City, Arsenal, Spurs and either United or Liverpool. Leicester's wheels are falling off.

Lol United. Finally score 3 goals, but also let in 3. LVG will never let them attack again.

Chelsea-West Brom 2-2
Man City-Everton 0-0
Liverpool-Arsenal 3-3
Spurs-Leicester 0-1

Could have been better, could have been worse. Mid January and Leicester climbs to equal first. Imagine that at the start of the season

Cracking game this morning.

Firmino and Giroud with great strikes.

The Welsh Pirlo saving the game for Liverpool.

Almost worth throwing a few $$ on Leicester. They have a good fixture list coming up and it's just a matter of whether they do a Liverpool and choke or not.
