Yes... why wouldn't they? NRL.com/tickets is a portal they use to direct you to agencies. No club operates their own ticketing independent of agencies yet

Broncos map is pretty much identical to home games. Prices are cheaper if pre-purchased. I hope everyone is aware of this.

No GA by the looks, they still have "the fortress bay" but it doesn't say fortress GA, so I assume no.

15,075 is what I have from my numbers. Massive improvement needed next year

2012: 16423
2013: 15940
2014: 15905
2015: 15075

That's 10% lost in 3 years. The lowest since 2004. And 2 years ago Smith said he wanted 20k by 2017. We've gotten further away from the target every year since. Does the NRL have any plan to acheive their goals or do they just put random targets out there and cross their fingers?

The Roosters need to spend some of their money usually handed out as illegal payments to players for promoting this game to fill the stadium.

Well I bought tickets to the Dogs game at 10.12am and the PAX was in the 1800's :)

I bought 4 tickets... Still have 4 more under my membership that can be bought!

If any non member wants to buy tickets today, I can PM you my number! Obviously tickets will be in the Bulldog sections as I'm a Bulldogs member :)

Why are the NRL still running finals series? After 3 years of the new administration they still can't seem to get even the basics right. They've allocated 1 bay for the Roosters Chookpen.

You'd expect this type of arrogance and ignorance in a competition where games were being sold out on a weekly basis but with crowds continually on the decline you'd think they'd be doing everything possible to work with supporter groups to encourage a good atmosphere not discourage it.

Roosters PAX as of 10:15 this morning was 2047, which is a handy start.

Half the people on here are already jumping on the chooks for a crowd that hasn’t even happened yet. Realistically, of the 4 games this weekend the first fixture would get the least if it was a regular season round.

It’s hard to say what roosters/storm should get as no team has hosted Melbourne in the first week of the finals ever, the closest being Newcastle in 2000 and Canberra in 2003 who got 20k and 15k respectively. 23k turned up to Roosters/Panthers last year so hopefully 25k this year.

Bulldogs/Dragons and Brisbane/Cowboys will both record strong crowds. The big uncertainty is Sharks/Souffs. For the 3rd week in a row the pride of the league gets to play 10 minutes from their alleged heartland. The previous 2 occasions were against teams 1 and 2 and no more than 7k souths fans turned up both times. It looks like it will be up to sharks fans to push this to 25k and beyond and after their excellent 20k yesterday it can be done.

I hate the Roosters lol but I'm over the myth that they have no supporters!

You are correct everyone will jump on the Roosters... People need to realise they cannot be expected to outdraw Dogs V Dragons or South's V Sharks (Sydney teams) playing Melbourne!

If anything South Sydney supporters are a myth...

No Manly in the finals this season so they need someone to jump on.

I'm not a ticketed member but tried to do a purchase trial run this morning. Am still unable to get onto ticketek via my phone.

Looks like I better bring the computer with me tomorrow.

Hey Snappy. If you have an iphone and are pretty good with it use it, the ticketek app is much more reliable for big events (ive found).

I always use it for things like rolling stones etc.

lol nobody thinks souths is the best supported club in the universe, best in the league at flogging memberships maybe. They just tend to show up a bucketload more then easts fans.

I think the following crowds are par for the course.

Roosters v Melbourne - 25 k (1 v 4 ) strong match up. only downside is roosters arent the most supported team in the world. I actually think melbourne are a smokey this year even with no slater.

Broncos v Cows - 45k (2v3) no reason these guys wont get a big crowd.

Dogs v Dragons - 45k (6v7)

Sharks v souths - 30k (5v8) There really should be 20k sharks fans there and tbh with GI coming back you would hope thats souths could muster 10k fans.
