Guess even with cheap tickets a bit of rain will put you off attending at grounds with little cover.

The Storm Warriors game got 28k in last year and 25k in 2013. Seems idiotic to me to move it from ANZAC day where it proved itself as a crowd puller.

Crowds are only good if they grow from corresponding fixtures in previous years.

I think 3 Easter Monday games was overkill. And Storm v Warriors should not be moved from April 25. But the Storm should get a home game every single Easter Friday.

1400 more than the corresponding game last year, which was also played on a Monday following a heavy downpour.

Thats an ok crowd but I feel this game shouldve been on Easter Sunday and the Melbourne/Warriors game at a later time, say 6.30.
