At this very moment in time, the panthers are the weakest team in Australia. even the Titans are above them.

We're definitely the weakest 9s side if that's what you mean. I don't think many Penrith fans expected much else. Sending the blokes who aren't fit would have been utterly stupid, but given Cleary's attitude towards the 9s he was always going to fall that way on the blokes who were arguably 50/50 as well.

That said, as a spectator I probably would have liked to see some of our more exciting juniors sent over just for fans to get a taste of what's to come rather than some of the jersey fillers picked.

I think Api and Jennings are probably the two most exciting to watch in the 9s, Smith and RCG look the goods too, as do Saunders and Attwood but aren't really made for the style of footy. Will Smith is being used as sparingly as possible, apparently.

Also sending BMM is Cleary's way of giving the 9s a giant middle finger.

It's amazing what happens when the sideline judges actually have a role to play. A try line official is a good idea too

I'd say it's more like triple. They've got a minimum of 3 penalties every game they've played. most other games have either no penalties at all, or 1-2 between the sides.
