Excellent game by Ted and Moses, the Storm seemed flat but full credit to our boys they played well and thoroughly deserved the win.

Moses was good, not great. But that's promising. Teddy was a god. Kev was a close second, he did some great things. Sironen played well BUT is lazy. He doesn't attempt to get to marker after making a tackle more than half the time, and on a few occasions didn't even make the defensive line for the next play. Farah gives us that direction and stability we require. Was good to see Cherrington off the bench. I would like to get to Farah playing 55/60 with Cherrington coming on

Agree with most points there DanOz.
I certainly noticed Siro getting back into the line after making a tackle, even has his back to the play the ball as well. Also after watching the replay, Rabbits Warren called Siro on a few plays when in fact it was Lovett.

It would be a great thing to have Farah on the field for the 80, I can understand him getting the break last night as it's been a few weeks since he has had a run. I think looking at the bench last night, they could do without Buchanan and just have Farah stay on but move to 13 when Cherrington has a run.

It comes back to good bench management but what you don't want is Farah, Halatau and Cherrington on the field at the same time.

agree with most sentiments.

moses and teddy great. i also thought galloway and ava got over the top of the storm pack relativley easily.

naquima looks much better at center. right center has been a nightmare all year, having him there gave moses so many more options.

cherrington has to be in the 17 however as others have said i dont think farah has to come off. the way he linked between brooks and moses for nofos try was fantastic and gives us another option in attack if we can do it more reguarly. also cherrington going the blind and showing pace/slick passing for naquimas try just before halftime showed how good he will be (and already is).

i also thought lovett looked better playing in the middle third. he doesnt offer a line break option on the edge and is too easily isolated in defence. in the center he can at least do a job.

I think Farah actually played more of his natural game for the first time this year. Brooks was under less pressure thus so too was Moses.

Woods Ava and Keith all played great.

The defensive line is still a shambles at times.

People have mentioned Kevin and nofo switching positions improving the defense but it should be mentioned that having halatau out that side instead of Lovett was also a marked improvement and stabilized that side.

There were a lot of things to like about fri night - Teddys sublime performance(if it weren't for the round 13 backflip rule re contracts we'd have the spoon cemented), the improved effort of Siro & most importantly the all round wonderful game by Moses who I don't doubt will be a successful long term 1st grader for us.

The one clear concern for us is the shithouse efforts & regressive form of Brooks over the last 2 yrs.He is one dumb footballer. His passing game is appalling his kicking game is nonsensical & he is a shit defender & the only time he takes the line on is if there's an underdone/injured halfback like Reynolds to run at as per the souths game.I was astounded that the ignorant dope Finch on the ch 9 telecast reiterated how well brooks was playing. He must have been watching the roosters game on a monitor coz he couldn't have been more wrong with his judgement.

It would be remiss off not to mention Ava's good form & hope he resigns soon.

3 - Tedesco
2 - Ava
1 - Moses

I'd agree with that. I though Naquiama had a strong game as well. Looked much better at centre.

I want to also make a note of Teddy's defence over the last few games. He has consistently pulled off try-saving tackles and cover tackles on much bigger guys with fantastic technique. I am hoping that he is cluing in Brooks and Moses on how to tackle. Moses also made a great tackle late in the game and I think his defence has improved lately.

This part of his game has improved and it is great to see.

Teddy a defense is unbelievable. He would be equal with Inglis and Stewart for the best defensive fullback. Did you see dugans 'effort' on the Knights hooker today? Laughable. If Teddy keeps this form up it will be impossibly for NsW not to pick him next year...actually it's Daley and Fulton, who am I kidding? They'll probably pick Will Hopoate.

Moses had a better game than Brooks on friday night but in fairness more opportunities were available on Moses side, the same could be said that Kev out shone Simona too.
