No real surprises.Weve plunged into a bottomless abyss.Wooden spoon is gravitating towards concord.

That was the Adonis Galloways best game !

The humble Mick Potter should be very relieved he's no longer involved with this train wreck. The important thing is that the wanka Farah is bonding with Taylor & obviously Taylor excels in all kpi's that the egotist farah has set for him.

I've never been eager to watch AFL until tonight.

Good luck to young Nathan Brown.Hes blessed that he went to a club that will actually assist his development. He was ferocious last night.

Thing is, for all Taylor's talk about defence being good tonight - it really wasn't.
Taumalolo walked through us for 170m on one leg, we got dominated in the ruck (again) and they asked questions on the edges. If they had the two halves and props playing we'd have been murdered by halftime.

Havnt watched the coaches wrap up but I was talking to a long term Souths supporter and he suggested Taylor would comment on how good the defense was. Taylor has experience talking up a shitty side coached poorly.
Almost as good as Shines reasons but not excuses :(

Moses is not the problem. The kid can play but the essence of our predicament is we have the worst pack & bench in the nrl.Hence Brooks & Moses have the toughest gigs in the game especially as they are so young. Its not like they are playing behind a pack led by Dallas or Blocker who would intimidate the opposition. Our most senior forward the cream puff from the shire pulled out coz he defecated @ the thought of having to deal with Taumololo & this @ a time in need when we were missing our 2 origin reps.

Why did the official nrl crystal figurine pull out ?
I hear he had Weetbix today for breakfast so failed the Gluten test , was that the reason ?

The club doctor was unable to detect a pulse.

The Goliath Dallas would be turning in his grave @ the thought that a windbag prop would cowardly pull out after gloating during the week that he was going to "step up" against the cows.

Tedesco was okay
Brooks was okay until he was stupidly moved to hooker during the Sheens-esque deck chair shuffles.
Lawrence was doing well in the back row especially in defence.

I find it hard to blame the players much. The game plan tonight was insipid, mindless and unimaginative. The Cowboys attack was shit. Their defence was never tested because we had a mundane game plan that:
A. Suits a team whose fringe forwards make big metres
B. Contradicts the way this team should play
C. Will never work with this side
D. Prevents our attacking players from playing their natural game.

Taylor is as one trick pony.

I wanted Brown. I wasn't opposed to Griffin coming here.

This shit needs to get fixed before a talented group of juniors have their careers f**ked.

Get it right. It's bomb with no chasers on the last. You've got to laugh don't you. If this is JT idea of structure then we are well and truly screwed for the next few years. It's winger hit up winger hit up centre hit up forward hit up forward hit up then bomb. Every freaking set!!

That's how JT had Souths playing.

A friend of mine is a long, long time supporter of Souths and has always maintained Jason Taylor was a dickhead of massive proportions. I am now really seeing it.

At least when Sheens had Benji playing there was the faint glimmer of hope from some random chip kick, behind the back pass into back to back tries. This style of losing is boring, insipid and unimaginative. I feel like watching the rah rahs instead this season.

This one out sh*t must be causing the oppositions defence coaches to really sleep well leading up to a WT game.
JT salary should be halved if he is not going to bother with coaching any attack, how does he expect to win if you can not score points ?

Lawrence was the last player back in the defensive line after every set in the first half. He is dogshit. I am not attending another game while ever that gimped out old merkin is playing.

He is obviously a dickhead. That's been obvious from the start. I could handle a dickhead who could coach. We have a dickhead who can't coach.

He needs to bring in an attacking coach and just manage the team whatever that means. It was a terrible decision to appoint him.

I also don't think the players are the problem. We need some speed desperately out wide and maybe a gun forward like Taumalolo but the squad isn't that bad. Even if we had those players though with JT's structures we would still be crap.

I really like Lawrence but I've given up on him as well. I don't think we have anyone to replace him though. Simona is an out and out weapon. I think Simona means as much to us as Tedesco. We are so short out wide for speed.

Lawrence may make it in the backrow.

Those of you that went to the game, were the conditions that bad to make both teams play like dogs balls? I did my high school years in Western Sydney and played for 4 odd years out there and Ive never seen or heard so much about the 'dew' effecting the play so much. It was so f$&@ing bland football.

Chin up though, you guys will turn it around eventually.

Cheers

In the past 3 matches i haven't bothered with the 3,2,1 it's just to hard to find a worthy recipient given these lame so called structures the players have to abide by.
