Don't worry too much about salary at this stage. It's a work in progress and likely will need some fine-tuning.

Don't go crazy thinking you can fill your team with 9/9s without penalty, but don't fret too much about a slight infraction either.

I dare say most clubs will have this issue and we'll need to adjust the cap accordingly.
