I can see the trend here, you place the teams that you like in the top 8 and the teams you really hate in the bottom 8, you also toss in that team you support in the top 4 somewhere

because half of these predictions are mind boggling

The inclusion of Easts in many people's top four stuffs your theory up a bit, blaze.

2. Cowboys
3. Warriors

Roosters, Broncos, Cowboys, Warriors and Storm all near the top.
Tigers, Titans, Knights, Panthers and Dragons near the bottom.

Everybody else in the middle.

Raiders

No specific order in each bracket. Just rough groupings of where I think teams will dinish. Although the teams between 5 and 12 are pretty much interchangeable.

Yet roosters, broncos and storm are in everybody's top 8 (and souths and manly are still in a few people's top 8s as well).

Sensing an off year for Canterbury after four straight finals appearances. 7th-10th.

Wow some of my fellow Panthers fans have been hanging out in Nimbin...

We won't make the 8 next year - Let's not forget, coaches may have changed, but the "review" of our S&C staff has yielded the result of "Meh, no changes needed, was just bad luck" We will be in the same position injury wise next season

The trend seems more to be

'Have basically the exact same table as last year'

Unless said posters team missed the 8 last year than its

'Have basically the exact same table as last year except my team in the 8'

The new interchange rules could have a big bearing depending on how the coaches choose to combat the reduction. Do they go Bellamy style and f*ck it up more with slowing down or open things up a bit?

I think these two teams will be top 2 easily, I put Broncos 1 because there is always talk about hunger diminishing, how hard it is to go back to back and I personally think the Broncos still have more improvement in them, while the Cowboys were as good as they could be in 2015. Personal opinion and certainly wouldn't argue with anyone that saw it the other way.

1. Broncos
2. Cowboys

I think the Sharks will surprise many, and like the Warriors will benefit from some smart recruitment.

3. Sharks
4. Warriors

Roosters will be the biggest faders in 2016, they will miss RTS in a big way, J Nikorima will help ease that pain and keep them as fringe top 4 contenders, but they'll be a year or two away from being right up there again.

5. Roosters

Raiders could finish higher if they get some more consistency, but could also fall in a heap.

6. Raiders

The Storm are still good enough for top 8 but will struggle to keep up with the younger sides constantly.

7. Storm

Titans are my smoky, I think they have recruited well and the halves partnership of Egley and Taylor will surprise.

8. Titans

The rest who cares, Bulldogs and Souths to just miss out, Sea Eagles, Eels and Dragons to be ordinary, Panthers to be fat and slow under Griffin, Wests Farrah's to be crap again, blamed on the coach who will be sacked. Knights will get the spoon which will be all Bennett's fault again in 2016, followed by Bennett's fault in 2017, 18, 19 and 20.

9. Bulldogs
10. Souths
11. Sea Eagles
12. Eels

13. Dragons
14. Panthers
15. Tigers
16. Knights

I do find it interesting, but not surprising that there are a few either picking the Broncos to either miss the top 4 or the 8 al together.
