Interesting that Jake Friend is back up dummy half. Is Farah injured or just excluded? Peats perhaps unlucky?

Toddy says that Semi's case is due to be heard at the end of the tour and that the NRL offers him the presumption of innocence. Toddy went on to say that he was not considered as the NRL think that it would be a distraction to both him and the team and Semi.

Peats went under the knife.

I think there must be a typo. Surely Jake Granville is a better option than Jake Friend ?
Granville was possibly hurt by continually coming off bench for Cows.

Friend is a tackling machine and can play 80 mins but seriously lacks creativity.

I know people may laugh at this but i reckon Peter Wallace may have been a good back up dummy half option. I reckon he had a very good season

@hindy111 may agree.

And i reckon Toddy is talking out of his arse.

More BS spin from Toddles, and how the breezer twins are continually picked boggles the mind it truly does.

I think the injuries to Croker and Leilua may have seen the Cruiser Twins selected. I do think that Chambers is very unlucky to be miss out behind those two.

Friend is a strange selection. Peter Wallace is very unlucky if Peats and Farah are injured.

I don't believe Peats is International quality yet. His form for the Titans was not exactly fantastic. He is a workhorse - that is all.

Not happy about the way that the media are reporting this. Semi could very well have the charges dismissed.

Semi should be filthy. They say he is "innocent until proven guilty" but then wont pick him due to this matter hanging over his head. How can they decide his mental state if he is indeed "innocent until proven guilty".

The conspiracist (spelling) in me is saying they want to push Semi out of Parra and if that means completely out of the game, so be it. However the same voice is also saying the NRL would love Semi at the thouroughbreds..

I have to stop listening to the voices.

Anyone got a tin foil hat gif?

It was probabaly the NRLs call rather than big Mal's call. I'm sure Mal would have wanted Semi

Which is exactly what Jake Friend is. Friend's form certainly wasn't anywhere near that of Peats nor Wallace.

Yeah - I can't disagree with that. I would say they feel Jake is a little bit more creative than Peats. Can't explain the Wallace non-selection.

Looks like Semi might have failed the NRL's new #nodickheads policy, and his rep career is over...
