Chest or shoulder makes no difference, the defining factor is whether you use your arms.

That's why they call it careless. Coming in with a stiff arm out to the side is asking for trouble if the player slips or side steps.

It's pretty funny reading some of the biased comments against JT in this thread. Just about any other player and things would be drastically different around here.
