And the roosters lose another one where they score more tries than the opposition. Been a few of those this year

I honestly didn't believe it was possible for a refereeing performance to be worse than the Roosters V Dogs game. I was wrong.

Warriors should take this win with a pinch of salt, we were AWFUL tonight

Not every game can be pretty. If we were awful we wouldn't have won. Have to give the Roosters credit, they turned up and pushed us all the way. Considering how easily we've buckled in the past I'll take an ugly win any day.

Certainly not our best, but far far from our worst.

I agree. The Roosters were lucky to be as close as they were. SKD should have gone to the bin twice after his official warning.

Fair call...they got the job done & that's unusual for Warriors in close games.

In reality the refs were far too lenient on the Roosters. Should have had someone in the bin at some stage, those deliberate penalties are a stain on the game.

Pretty pleased with the effort from our big boys tonight...we were let down a bit by our spine. Vete, Lisone and that new bloke Sipley were great. We also really lifted when Gubb came on.

I'll take that. Its important to get 2 points when you don't play particularly well. That said, we weren't allowed to, because as soon as we created any momentum the amount of flopping and wrestling was criminal. How there wasn't 2-3 of them sitting in the sin bin I will never know. The decision to bin Maumalo was spot on, but JWH, SKD, Friend for his wrestle on Mannering when he'd broken through, SST for when he blatantly laid in on Luke when he'd busted them open, it was farcical. When will Archer clamp down on blatant penalties when teams are creating momentum on attack?

No comment on the Lolohea pass that went 3m forward that led to your only try? All sweet?
