GP FG, shittest way to lose a game.
Still, for me the blame goes all to McFadden and his purely moronic decision to play Wright for 60 minutes ahead of Lolohea, or even a park bench.
Wright misses 2 tries that most wingers wouldn't and I would back Lolohea/Fusitua to get 9 tines out of 10.

spot on

Max could be right and they fell off, happened quick and my immediate response is going to be Shark biased, so I can live with that I was probably wrong.

Warriors defence was pretty solid tonight too, good to see. Keep it up, would love to see a Sharks v Warriors GF so someone could pop their cherry as unlikely as it is.

Sharks GF yep. Us? I'm not sure. We're good enough but now it's about consistency in winning lol

We have won three in a row, but also did that twice last year around this point of season before going on a record-setting losing streak. So still in one game at a time mode, holding my breath hoping the crash and burn to bring us back down to earth is staved off for another week!

Just saw the Sharks streak is up to 10, wow. I knew they were doing well but that is mightily impressive! Now I hope we break their streak to add another to our own! Maybe a cheeky fiver on a draw is worth a shot to dud both our streaks!

Gaaah why don't I follow my own advice, draw at half/full must've been around the 7/8 mark.

Disappointing loss but impressed with the overall performance (moreso than the last 3 weeks, result aside). The Jono Wright debacle was pretty bad though, should've been Lolo on field from start regardless if he's covering Johnson or not.

Well played Sharks.

Man that was a fantastic game of footy.

Sharks are so f**king clutch this year they bottle games on purpose just to clutch again later.

Both teams deserved a point.

Bring back draws in regular season.

Agree

Happy to win but we've lost just as many in golden point.

It sux when you've given it your all against 1 of the best & get beaten by a golden point f**king field goal!

Gay balls. That ending sucked. But in a weird way, I'm pretty happy with it.
Massive underdogs after only beating crap teams the last two weeks then to push the top of the table team, to golden point, on their turf, where they are unbeaten this year... pretty solid.

Shows we can match it with the big boys

Couldn't agree more.

Warriors impressive tonight. Watch out teams playing them for the rest of the year.

McFadden needs to come out and explain himself for that shit. Honestly I hate blaming players for a loss but Wright botched two tries that Fusi would've easily scored plus he gift wrapped them their second try. McFadden you idiot!

So the team set up winning plays & a player botches it, & the coach gets the blame.

I thought McFadden was shit but he got a spirited performance out of his team against the top team, after 3 straight wins.

Give him a bit of credit as he obviously has them revved up a bit!

Exactly. Anyone who can get the Warriors concentrating for more than one game deserves a stay of execution.

The game was brilliant and calls went both ways. Sharks are clutch. My only gripe is how slow Fifita is in the ruck and how he crowds the attacker every time. It's his pet play.

Other than that it could be a good end to the year for the Sharks.

Yeah, but the point is that he benched Lolohea for Wright. As much as I agree that sometimes the coaches are unfairly scapegoated, he needs to explain that shit.
