100% should be this. Simple. You shouldnt penalise an attacking play gone just wrong which is what is happening now.

I don't have a problem with it. If you're inside the 20 you shouldn't be kicking it dead unless it's a bad kick. If it discourages kicking inside the 20 I don't mind.

In theory the rule made sense. Teams were trying to kick fullbacks out the game but its such a kick in the balls on an attacking kick.

Sam williams last year seriously hurt us with giving up 7 tackle sets.

Its not just that. You give up a 7 tackle set if you have a pin point kick that is contested and your teammate fumbles it.

Its a f**king stupid rule all round.
