that is definitely possible, although i do remember that auva'a played on the wing in the bears team, just before he came back from his suspension. i'm not sure if that was under madge's orders though

Oh ok. I forgot that.

Interesting........

In no order our 5 backs should be:

GI
AJ
Goodwin
Hunt
Auva'a

On standby: Gray and Oldfield.

:cool::cool::cool:

As I've said Hunt has played wing with his previous clubs so Madge may move him there.

Auva'a hasn't played wing as far as I know. Not sure of Auva'a under the high ball.

I reckon Madge may play Auva'a at centre and Hunt on the wing.

If Madge plays Gray in the backs and leaves out Auva'a he has rocks in his head and I may faint!!!!!!

I'd have Gray on standby.

I'm pretty sure Auva'a played on the wing for the Bears at one stage

mcinnes didn't do all that well. walker didn't do as much as he did in the charity shield but was ok. keary set up 2 tries. clark was ok, and kinda setup gi for his try

So Clark was typical Clarky:lol:

He gets through his stuff and has bulked up and seems to be passing the ball a bit more by what I saw in the Charity Shield and by what you've said setting up that try.

I'm happy we have Clarky and he loves Souths so much.

I think Clark can do the role Tyrrell was doing. But Clark will do it better imo.

yeah they are similar but clark seems to pass it more and can play wider as a second rower too

That's right.

It's good to have Clarky.

I think Madge will use him more as a prop and have Clark passing a bit too to add variety.

I saw highlights of the match on my Rabbitohs app about 3mins ago and that Clark pass to GI was brilliant.

Any team will gladly take any metres made ( the more the better obviously)
As far as SAMs example dragging 3 players 10 m with him
Mate every player would prefer to make those metres without being touched rather than waste a stack of excess energy in the one hit up
As far as all the extra things you mentioned I agree although they are just standard expectations from all in top grade

and i knew that you knew that i would say it

Haha.

Earth to shadow????

Shadow has disappeared as Keary was better than Cody. Southport and alien know their stuff shadow.

Compared to charity shield Cody wasn't as good.

Cody gets a chance in Round 1 but at this stage Keary is ahead.

Cody isn't as good as you said shadow. He has to lift Round 1 and play great otherwise he will be back to the Bears. Time for Cody to wake up shadow and stop the inconsistency.

Hunt has been going well. He isn't a dud like you said.

Goodwin has been going very well.

Clark is going good.

Turner has shown promising signs according to alien and southport.

It's not all doom and gloom shadow.

Well correction, it could be doom and gloom for Cody come Round 2.

shadow is hiding and trembling in the shadows from you r20. he is ringing his hands, desperately googling pics, trying to find something to counter your truth telling arguments, but so far he has nothing

now that the normal season is upon us and only 8 interchanges are allowed, i wonder if madge will keep using the mcinnes/cook combo at dummy half, or if he will want one of them to play 80 mins or close to it..

I think he will keep using it.

McInnes can play a bit of back row too.

But yes it'll be interesting to see what Madge does in regards to when Cook comes on off the bench does Cam shift to back row for a bit or does Cam go off and not come back on.

Time will tell.......

Interesting.........

i think most coaches will now expect their number 9 to play close to 80 mins. teams would usually have their starting props go off sometime in the first half, and then come back on later in the match in the second half, so that's 4 interchanges used up already. how many mins do you think sutton and turner will play for??? hopefully sammy can play 80 mins.
