Johno, I would have been happy to agree with your post before I read how the team will line up on Sunday. Of the four creative players you mentioned, Havili and Nona are in the NSW Cup team and the other two, Mann and Field are on the bench. I agree that, "We have the forwards, we have the backs" but they must be picked appropriately by the Head Coach.

Crush is tired of the negativity. In my opinion what he sees as "negativity" is in fact "reality". We can all be positive and hope for better results, which is what we all want, but aside from good coaching the squad requires wisdom in the selection process for improvement to materialise.

Give the kids a fair go in fg and encourage them to play their natural game. Who knows this may surprise us all and we make the 8 !
I think in 2018 we have a shot at giving the comp a shake with a genuine half on deck and the young guys with a year of fg under their belt.

Mate at my age I can do without a so called gap year....for petes sake how many more years do we have to wait before us supporters get OUR team back

OK, OK, you were right, I was wrong. McCrone at 7, Mann, Field, Milne on the bench. Sack the coach!!!

You and Crush could both be right. I'm pretty sure Mary will start the season with most of the bog standard can't-score-more-than-12-points team of last year. But I'm hoping someone in the coaching team can make quick smart changes when its not working, and the team can move forward. If that means dropping Widdop or Dugan or McCrone or McInnis so be it.

They need to put a team up to win the Round 1 Panthers game. If they lose that game and the Charity Shield Mary should be
marched.

Gee wiz after eyeing over the team list for the CS, I am now prepared to say that Mary is an absolute idiot. This is a glorified trial and he should have shown some creativity in the selection of the team. What is he thinking?? there are players screaming for an opportunity to shine.

If the CS team is whats really on offer then nothing exists beyond 2017 it is truly our armageddon.

I agree mate ....personally I think Marys must be hoping for a redundancy payout when they sack him....looking at the CS side same ol same ol... and you know what the players that deserve to be in 1st grade are no doubt thinking the same thing....surely if theres to be any sort of spark to ignite this side then stop using the same matches...or should I say dead wood

THERE IS NO WAY BEN HUNT SIGNED ON TO THE DRAGONS WITH MCANCHOR STILL IN THE PICTURE BOYS WAKE UP THERE IS A NEW COACH COMING WE DONT KNOW WHO HE IS BUT MY MONEYS ON A QUEENSLANDER NAMED WALTERS BUT IF NOT SOMEONE THAT HUNT WILL BE HAPPY TO PLAY FOR
