The old sadelaide oval was shocking to watch a nrl game .The configuration of the ground was too far away from the supporters. at least hindmarsh was supporter friendly. the crowd should be good on Saturday night lots of Storm supporters coming over for the game.

Dogs played Storm at Adelaide Oval in 2010 (10350) and 2011 (9963).

The crowd in 2010 is the highest crowd for an NRL game in Adelaide not involving the Rams.

The last time they got over 20k to a game was in 1997. The record crowd for Adelaide is also 28884 in 1991 between St George and Balmain.

Ok fair enough.

Anything close to 20k would be great then

If my recollection is correct both the Dogs-Storm games at AO were during reconfiguration?

Today's crowd announced only 1k more than saints v tigers a few weeks ago. Take a look at the vision, many, many more in attendance today. Huge discrepancy. Either parra are massively understating their figures, or p doust is looking to validate 'right game right venue' at every turn.
I was there. There were more people on the eastern side for the tigers game. They didn't lie about the crowd, it looked about right. Still shit, but was announced correctly.

$298 to sit on level 6 on ticketek.. still

Just make em $50 get rid of em
You are an absolute cretin and there is no doubt the accusations made at you about talking down the game are entirely accurate.

There are $298 tickets available - they are Diamond category and before they offer anything on Level 6 they offer level 1 seating near the front on halfway. If you sit there and try enough times you might get offered Level 6 tickets for that price, in the very front rows, and close enough to halfway that you'd have some of the best views in the ground.

Tickets are still available as low as $80 plus fees (adult price), but don't let actual facts get in the way of your sad, ridiculous agenda.

Trains to Olympic Park are running from Strathfield instead of Lidcombe, due to urgent track equipment repairs at Lidcombe. Passengers heading to the State of Origin match who were planning to catch a train from Lidcombe, are advised to go to Strathfield instead. Direct trains are still running to Olympic Park from Central, stopping at Redfern and Strathfield. Passengers should listen to announcements and check indicator boards.

Well done, Sydney Trains.

It'll be lucky to get 15k, such is the state of the nrl. Don't blame the customers.

I'm still deciding if it is worth spending $180 on two teams I dont really care about. Might do the Sydney thing and wait to see if it's raining.

LOL if so called rl fans in WA are desperate for NRL games and a team, they would be packing it out.
Sadly I do blame the customers, and the whiners(insert name here.......).You suggest Sydney fans are full of excuses.Kettle black huh!
