Each Cowboys game thread this finals I've commented on how I like their chances... so I'mma do it again

Parra just about knocked off the Storm in week 1 the Cows handled them easy despite playing 90 mins the week before and having to travel.
Melbourne also looked anything but convincing in the first 40 against a rather weak Brisbane.

I think it's a closer match-up than suspected. If Melbourne turn the ball over and give away 7 tackle sets like they did in the first half last week the Cowboys will get them

I watched that grand final earlier in the year and paid close attention to it and Joey was a fair winner. Yes Kennedy was outstanding but he was quite in the second half after destroying the Eels in the first. Can't remember Peden doing much besides the 2 tries.

Joey was going hard the whole game, directing the team, running hard, coming up with brutal tackles, always onto the lose ball and his kicking really limited Brett Hodgson. The Knights 6 points in the second half were off Johns as well which were the difference.

That is still to this day the best jersey we’ve ever had, I dont know why the club wont just stick to it for our home jersey. f**kers need to build some brand recognition ffs.
