If you're a defender and you're taller than the attacker the onus is on you to get lower. He didn't. The attacker didn't slip, there were no mitigating cirumstances - he just hit him high. Accidentally, but high regardless.

Unknown at this time. Only thing on the NRL website for the judiciary is a charge from the Roosters v Broncos game.

With the elbow throw, if charged, I dare say it will be a grade 1 charge as that is what the MRC charged Jared Warea-Hagreaves with back in August. It has a base of 100 points, so unless the player concerned has priors, an early guilt plea would see him escape suspension.

Looks like they are in the clear. According to this article on the NRL's website, the only charge out of all the games on the weekend was the Adam Blair tripping charge from the Roosters v Broncos game on Friday night.
