I've never seen so many uncontested dunks in a game before. I would have though a Steph wide open three at say 50% is worse than a Durant dunk at 100%.. its amazing watching the Cavs gravitate to the three point line in a panic in transition..

Hopefully the Cavs can come back and make it a contest.. GSW just wear you down with all the actions and movement they run.

This Golden State team could dominate for 3 or 4 years. Guys like Westbrook, Leonard, Harden, Davis if they want to win rings need to form a super team.

The good news for the Cavs is they can't play much worse than that. Lot of room for improvement and adjustment.

What...again? What if they do this for four more years and make it the best of seven?

Good first half of game 2...

GSW very wasteful... especially Steph...

But you kinda feel the Cavs are flat out just hanging in with GSW.

Worrying for the Cavs is that Klay looks like he's starting to find his stroke.

plus for the Cavs... Dremond and KD have 3 fouls very early in the 3rd.

cavs are doing their best to hang in there...

i have money on the u222 and lebron and durant scoring combined 65+

the latter looks ok atm, the former... not so good at the current rate and if it stays close, they ain't gonna be rolling out the benchies for big minutes.

There's no disgrace from Lebron here...

He's f**king BALLING... but even with Love and Kyrie playing pretty well they just seemed to be out manned.

Yeah Lebron is unstoppable but it just doesn't look like its going to be enough. Even with all the turnovers they were still down at the half. and that was with Love killing it and Lebron doing it all.

i get the Feeling the Kyrie, Love and Lebron all have to be other worldly at the same time. Then on top of that the bench needs to do everything right and even with all that they probably need the 2 out of 4 of KD Curry Dray and Klay to have terrible games for the Cavs to even win a game.

Lebron has been played at his own game.

He now needs a super super team of 4. They need another piece. Chris Paul SOS.

Another PG won't fix this...

He needs another big time scorer who can stand toe to toe with the Warriors.

JR Smith isn't giving them anything at the moment which is magnified when the Warriors 3rd & 4th options in Klay and Dremond are contributing.

Melo would probably be the guy I'd say... and they need to find a centre who hold it down in the paint.

Tristian Thompson needs to do what Steven Adams seems to do to the Warriors... gets physical with them down low and on the boards and force Dremond to have to come off the perimeter and get down and dirty.

This Warriors teams is probably the greatest ever assembled and will win 4-5 NBA titles in a row.

I have to say it's not healthy at all for the sake of competition.

For a team to decimate it's sole Western rival by adding one of the top 25 players of all time to its 73 win roster is not a great look for the NBA.

I really do love the NBA but the whole 'super team' era is a nightmare. I for one am not enjoying it as a neutral.

It's awful timing as well. The league was becoming so popular in the last few years, this might kill that momentum.

I'll reserve total judgment until the Cavs play their home games, but this Warriors team is just stupid. The only reason this is only 80% a farce and not 100% a farce is because the second best player of all time is on the other side of it.

You can imagine the reaction if the Warriors blow the Cavs out in the next 2 games...

KD is going to get booed by everyone in Cleveland when he goes up to get the finals MVP as he's pretty much ruined the competitive balance in the entire league.

It would have been like if Lebron joined the Celtics that he couldn't get past in the East with KG, Pierce, Rondo & Ray Allen.

He would have wrecked the Cavs and made the Celtics invincible.

As it was he still wrecked the Cavs... but at least he created a contender in the Heat to go at the Celtics and the West instead of just weakening his biggest rival.

It's why I'm not a fan of Durant.

Amazing player. And he seems like a good guy. But...

He's ruined the NBA. As a neutral there is no intrigue left. If this Warriors team stays fit then they win the title every year until at least 2020.

Seriously 14-0 in the play offs and most of those wins by about 20 points.

1 title with OKC would have given KD more respect and credibility than 5 with the 73 win team he joined.

If you're a fan of about 28 of the 32 teams in the NBA (and that's being generously on the low side) what do you have to look forward to?

It's a shocking lack of parity and it'll kill the golden goose if they're not careful.

The part that pissed me off about him going to the Warriors was that they NEARLY beat them last season.

The Thunder went toe to toe with the Warriors and really if we're honest lost that series on the back of KD not holding his nerve and flat out choking.

That Western Conference Finals was amazing last year... and then the finals between the GSW and the Cavs going 7 games was the cherry on top for an amazing season.

Now It kinda feels like KD has killed the WCF and the NBA Finals by this one move.

It's pretty much turned the season into a giant anti-climax

It's definitely gotta be a concern for the NBA. About 26 teams might as well not bother turning up until about 2020. Why would fans of those teams even bother? I know the NBA has never really had 'parity' but this has just taken it to another level.

I'm a Magic fan and I'm under no illusions that we would be doing anything useful in the next few years anyway, but I NEVER thought I would being reconsidering renewing my league pass for next season, but that's where I'm at right now.

KD didn't create this monster, LeBron did when he went to Miami with Bosh

He made this bed and now he's got to lie in it
Personally I'm rooting for 16-0. That said I'm a Philly fan so I'm cool with the warriors owning the next few years.

LeBron joined a 40 win team that wasn't going anywhere without him. The team he left was also going nowhere.

KD joined a 73 win team that just won a title and had the reigning 2-time MVP. And he also left a great young team on the verge of a title in the process.

Huge HUGEEE difference.
