Seriously, this defense from the Broncos is amateur. I'm not sure I've ever seen them defend so badly. They have poor shape, poor line speed, not reading the play, not slowing the play, and not making effective first contact. It is actually remarkable to see them defend so poorly in a 2 vs 3 final.

Yep. They appear to have close to no idea what they're doing individually or the blokes either side of them. Probably a nod to Boyd's direction from the back, but even without him it shouldn't be any where near this amateur. Holes on the edges from the get go, highlighted by the Roosters almost strolling through for their tries. Even though the scoreboard flatters us at present, I doubt Chooks fans should be worried.
