If you're in front of the play the ball, you can't get involved in that play at all.
Ahhh didn't catch that, thought it was a shepherd but didn't see one

Tigers centre was offside
Pics are bigger than on a phone.Lmao @ the chick in the stands taking a photo with an iPad pro
So an offside attacking player can't run themselves back onside?Chee Kam was in front of the play the ball then got the ball in that play.
God we are a frustrating team, thought we would show up today and just win. Need to hold the ball instead of being Harlem globetrotters and actually make some tackles. We'll lose this if we don't pull our heads in.
But he retreated back behind it, which makes him onside
Some extremely baffling calls. Roosters apparently didn't infringe for 37 minutes which is remarkable
Doesn't matter.
He's out of play until the next play the ball.
So an offside attacking player can't run themselves back onside?
No
If you retreat back the 10 you're onside. The video ref said that exact thing in a dragons no try against the tigers last week.
So did your team apparently, hence the reason it's not as easy as you thought it would be
I didn't think you can be put back onside if you are in front of the play the ballBut he retreated back behind it, which makes him onside

Correct. So an offside attacking player can't run themselves back onside?
I think on that play they were playing make up calls for the Shepard they didn't call on teddy.
Quite hard to believe roosters have only given away one penalty, expect to get a few in the 2nd half.
Roosters 61% possession, but 8 errors to the Tigers 3. Tigers playing good, will be interesting to see what they do with it in the second half.
