Panthers a missing a trick by barely playing Peachey. They look so much more dangerous with him on the field. Whats up with that?

I think our coach is having trouble getting him into the game off the bench. He won't displace CHN or Yeo in the backrow for a starting spot either (Even Cartwright for that matter).

Whare hurt his jaw during the game on the weekend. If he is out then you would think Peachey will go to centre. Solves that problem.

Surely he is a better centre option than Whare at this point in time. Blake looks like he is ready to explode if he ever got the ball off the halves/Yeo.

Whare is out for 4 weeks, so hopefully that would mean Peachy back to the centers to play a full 80 minutes.

I have a funny feeling about this game, i feel like we can really rack in a big score and start a strong finish to the season.

Hopefully there's no complacency here on Manly's part. Turn up with the right attitude and Manly will be too good.

We would have to be so much better in defence for that.
As they say in the gee gees, ignore last run. The defence against the Cowboys was exceptional. Lets hope Rein is fit for this because he was sadly missed. Fisher-Harris coming off the bench (most likely) will also help.

This is almost the same Manly side we flogged twice last year.

With Peachy back at the centers, Rein at hooker and Fisher-Harris possibly fitting in the bench i'm feeling a lot more confident that the boys can get the job done.

I would feel the same way but last week's loss I feel will break our backs. Confidence will be well and truly at an all time low. Only hope is that they are returning home for the first time in ages. Need the forwards to stand up big time if we are any chance.

Pretty close to the one you beat in Round 14

Except........we had no DCE in that game, no Taupau, no Lussick, no Lawrence, Dylan Walker at 6 and Koriasau at 7, Brett Stewart playing on one leg with Tom T on the wing. Oh and Blake Green was playing for Melbourne.

Other than that, practically identical........

DCE, Taupau, Koroisau and Tom T (at fullback) all played in Round 26 at Penrith. Walker and Stewart didn't. The point being, this Manly side isn't any better on paper than that side, which lost 36-6, was. Tom and Taupau were playing crocked though, for reasons beyond me since Manly were long out of the running.

I think your last sentence goes a long way to explaining the 30 point margin.

Completely different proposition this weekend.

But a danger game for us.

Beside missing Jake T, super impressed with this team. In my opinion Cameron Cullen is a gun and will be awesome as a utility of the bench...Good size with Lussick going to lock.

Hopefully Lane can motivate himself or unleash Taniela Paseka he's scary big...
