I hate the old, on-field ref tosses a coin in his head as to whether it's a try or not and then the bunker essentially has to follow it. The on-field ref should be able to say, f**k man I've got no idea (which would be always, because they're incompetent), and then the bunker can either make a decision or send it back and say, f**k man I've got no idea (which would be often, because they're incompetent) and then the on-field ref can say, no try, no evidence.
