Sloppy, but a win is a win... Edwards is something special, love watching him play - Cartwright was quiet but first game back, and from the bench, he at least didn't overplay anything and just got on with it. Peach, needs to buy the home version of Freddys Pass Off and play it non-stop. DWZ, poor guy, but watch him have an absolute blinder of a game next week.

When you have to win to stay in the hunt and your best playmaker is injured, you grit your teeth and tough it out. The Dogs were coming off a heavy loss. They've beaten the Broncos and Dragons after heavy losses and were pumped up by an under siege coach to do the same again. They've got a very strong forward pack that can tackle all day if they are in the mood, but they lack flair. The game was played exactly how the Bulldogs wanted it to be played, dominated by defence, with not much of a 10 metres for either side and lots of wrestling. We managed to get three tries, which was enough, and we're still in the running.

Under these circumstances, who bloody cares what sort of a spectacle it was.
