Refs literally kept the tigers in the game the whole second half. Gifted them 20tackles on Manly line with bs penalties. This game is becoming pathetic.

Reffing is at crisis levels as it's deciding games as much as the players.

No he didn't. He caught it on the outside shoulder. Only issue was Chee-Kam stopping in the line, but DCE made a deliberate move to make contact. Consistency is a concern but no issue with them correctly ruling that DCE was milking it.
