I haven't seen a team as slow to get off the tackled player as Penrith have been today for a very long time. Refs have actually been pretty easy on them.

It's like their game plan is to give away ruck penalties.

We are very lucky it is only 12-0. Our attack isn't looking bad actually but errors are cruelling any chances we have. I think that try right near the break will kill us. Look for a soft try to the Eels early in the 2nd half.

The Griffin factor is really kicking in.

His half time speech will consist of a bit of mumbling & some eyebrow raising. Doesn't come across as putting fear into his players

Penrith have defended well at times, the first try they just handed to Parra and the second was all Norman. It's their handling and completion rate that has been letting them down, 65% completion rate and unforced errors when attacking is making them their own worst enemies. They've had some bad luck but they really need to step up in the second half.

You are obviously missing the Parra players in the ruck twisting the Penrith ball carriers. But I agree on the Jennings try. We are lucky not to ge down by 24-0.

Awful 1st half. The 1st 5 mins looked like we intentionally want parra to score. Letting it go dead, wallace (?) Penalty. Nil urgency from Moylan at the back.
Only dud call was missing hoffman being dead but we are getting away with murder in the ruck.
