It was a penalty try everyday, the ball had all but stopped bouncing & bukuya was easily being first to a rolling ball.

Seen plenty similar/more likely, not given penalty tries because of those reasons. And the ball was bouncing not rolling

The 100% certainty is a myth, all it requires is for the referee to have the opinion a try would have been scored if not for unfair play.
Obviously the ref was of the opinion Bakuya would of been able to successfully ground the ball if not for the interference of Copley. That is all they need.

True. The ref was also of the opinion Milford didn't knock it on last night so the point remains valid. Don't care either way tbh.

I've always thought 100% certainty is stupid, how can you ever be 100% certain someone will score a try? How many blokes have just dropped the pill cold over the line when they look certain to score? It does happen.

For mine they need to change the wording to 'Beyond reasonable doubt' or something.

For mine Bakuya was definitely winning the race to the ball if his arms weren't interfered with he would have clearly been in a position to get the ball down. So fair penalty try.
