With Finals now here and the end of season awards not too far away, I thought it'd be time to start discussing it.

Great to see Cookie get nominated for this and I think he is in with a real chance!

Hopefully he is in with a shot for the Dally M too!

[Souths Till I Die]

A couple of nominees from Souths in the 64 nominees. They were Angus Crichton, Sam Burgess, Damien Cook and Cody Walker. I remember Cody being in it last year as well. The players must think he’s a hard player to mark.

A couple of former Souths players also made it. These being Mcinnes, Keary, Luke, Roberts.

Congrats to all of them. I think it means a lot to be nominated by your peers as a dominant player on the field.

That Dally M team of the year is a bit of a joke if you ask me. Only 4/10 players came from the top 7 teams. How can the best teams not have the best players?

Yea I agree, how Mitchell didn't get centre of the year and how Kikau didn't get second rower is beyond me.
