what does Kogarah hold ?
19K ?

if the Dragons win tomorrow , & maybe even if they don't
you'd think the gates will be closed early at Kogarah next Friday against Souffs

Think it's 22000 . I've never seen that stand filled looking toward the top left corner of the ground via tv yet.

Kogarah capacity is about 19k since the new stand (that was countered by new restrictions on the number of people allowed on the hill)

20847 - 2009 vs Cronulla
19892 - 2011 vs Tigers
19319 - 2011 vs Parra

So in 2009 capacity was close to 21000. Unfortunately these days a cap is put on such venues . I'm sure had such restrictions not been about 22000 would be realistic numbers wise.

Thinking their is a dodgy bean counter at Cronulla home games!? The ground holds 20000? Dark.or not dark both games looked near capacity!

It was capacity. The club is under reporting crowds so the licensing sheriff doesn’t impose even harsher restrictions on the Sharks re security, police presence and liquor sales.

It felt a lot fuller than 13k Frank.
What you say sounds legit. The beer sales were cut to 2 per person after 20 minutes, then bars closed with 20 to go.

I’ve been to plenty of games there where 13k was announced and I bought there was less.
I would have guessed 17k last night.

Why? Cronulla are a small club. Rebels are a big city club. We shouldn’t expect suburbs to be as big as cities. It’s the nrl, 13k is a pass lol

Union has been in Melbourne for decades longer than rl.They have had sh*t crowds for 99.9% of their games. Yet this in a big city with a brand new stadium.Bad example.

13,000 understated was in a packed stadium. And wtht 10 times the TV ratings of some union team in Melbourne.
NB Perth are an even smaller club. They don;t exist. Cry me a river.
