Its a heritage strip isn't it. So after only 4 rounds of footy, Broncos, Bulldogs and Newcastle have already worn their heritage strip. It really needs to only be used once in the season and ideally everyone in the same round otherwise it loses its uniqueness.

If the NRL ever decided to grow the sport (lol) they could have the Warriors in their old blue Auckland colours and a second NZ side representing the rest of the country in black and playing out of Wellington/Chch. Won't happen.
