Yes and no.
Most of those shirts you mentioned aren’t being used in a different market.
Not sure why they have labeled it an NSW tour with the green and gold, Australian tour (even with both games in NSW) would make more sense.

Hopefully its just a training jersey and they use their filthy black and white irregular hoops! As you say stupid not to use your brand when your trying to build your brand!

The number would sit oddly on the stripe if kept the same.

A sublimated 'number patch' in blue on the back, just big enough to put numbers on would work.

It'd make it look a little retro too.. could even do sublimated faux-stitching round the outside. Souths did something like that with a retro jersey (green with a red yoke) a few years ago, and it looked ok.

The thing is, NQ fans would be paying the shit out say, Brisbane, if they did an equally lazy piss poor kids effort jersey.

But its ours. Which makes me furious.

And if by chance we actually jagged a comp in that thing, I’d have to think long and hard about actually buying the GF signed frame edition to sit on my wall.

I’d look at it like Carl Webbs mum looks at him. A little bit of pride mixed with a huge feeling of embarrassment.

Our worst red v was probably the last ever stand alone jersey. The ‘97/98 jersey was almost a flat line across the chest it was so shallow

The ballboy in front of Nathan Brown is former Dragons/Dogs centre Daryl Millard, who was given his first grade debut by none other than coach Nathan Brown.

This has been your useless fact of the day
