Brandon Smith is a bench utility, but apart from that they are all backs. So its the same forward pack who were well outplayed last week by a forward pack well below the Rabbitohs in recent form. Souths should play it up the teeth with the occasional Cook scurry. This is how they win this.
Panthers forwards outplayed Melbournes??? Only one panther forward made over 100m. Our problem wasn’t the forwards, it was our inability to score

Five tries to two with 40% of the pill. The exact opposite to last year down there. Someone got outplayed somewhere.

Not really, Penrith got some arsey tries. Mansour barging over from dummy half in the corner, one kick that went through Olams hands which allowed Blake to get the try, another kick that rebounded of Storm players twice before Blake scored again, and an intercept try. All tries scored by your outside backs. Let’s also not forget the no tries that Melbourne just missed out on, Olam just going into touch twice, Drinkwater denied by an obstruction that had no impact on the defence whatsoever

This completely depends on how the ruck is officiated when souths are in possession. If souths are allowed to commit voluntary tackles 3 or 4 times a set to get a quick play the ball then they will win, if Melbourne are allowed to channel their inner Steve Austin then they will win.

If it is somewhere in the middle it will be a good contest.

Doesn't bother me.

Your tactics failed against us anyways.
I so wish we were playing you this week with us at full strength pretty much.

We have Klein which isn’t the best at all but then I saw whose reffing your game and it made me feel better lol...

I don't understand the odds on this. I'd much rather have my house on Souths. Storm are full or errors, carrying injuries, flat in attack and have an inferior forward pack. Souths dismantled them the last time they played. My only concern is that Phil Rothfield's mission to have the refs 'put away the whistle' will come to fruition and the Storm will be allowed to lay in the ruck all night.

I mean we’ve never beaten them in Melbourne

As we’ve never won in Melbourne would explain the odds...

It’s gonna be an extremely tough one tomorrow... with the calls Storm will get we shall have to defend like our lives depend on it.

Storm will lay all over us too...

Slater leaps in the air and falls hard without a hand laid on him or with a Souths player just contesting the ball too well no worries at all penalty Melbourne!

Game hasn’t kicked off yet and already you’re blaming the refs! Good grief.

And for the record, I’m tipping your mob to get up (and hoping they do, too)
