Firstly, congrats Penrith. But f**k me the refs have completely changed the course of this game and I will contribute to Brownys fine if he gives it to the the pricks.

It's a cop out for the refs.
"Been too many penalties, I'm not afraid to use the bin"
"Another penalty and someone will be sitting down"
"I'm warning you, next penalty and someone will go to the bin"
"I've given you enough warnings, the next one will be a binning".

Then nothing happens.

Other refs however will sit someone down after 2 consecutive penalties. There's no consistency.
