A case of decoy runner not being needed and costing them a try. The decision was correct under the laws of the game.
Yep. I’m surprised players haven’t got more awareness to step away to avoid contact when running the decoy. Plenty of times they can but fail to do so.

Yes but that same situation has been deemed minimal contact and a try many times this year. Refs are inconsistent and shit.
Minimal contact isn't in the rules. I know they say it but its something they've pulled out of their collective arses. There was nothing minimal about that contact. Maloney was smashed in the defensive line. Whether he could have stopped the try is irrelevant.

So you agree that the refs are horribly inconsistent and make it up as they go along. Ok.
